Mat Pilates Southport sessions are now available as a method of both injury prevention and rehabilitation. This type of training is ideal for a variety of people including those with balance impairments, athletes returning to sport, or someone who just wants to stay fit, mobile, strong and happy. Our central location in Southport on the Gold Coast makes us accessible to most.
Classes are limited to a maximum of 3 individuals per session for good reason. At Ferry Rd Physio Southport we know that each individual we see is different from the next, as our classes are therefore individualised to accomodate for this.
