Our Small Boutique Group Exercise Classes
Group exercise classes are a fun way to stay active, fit, healthy and most importantly happy. They are a good way to keep yourself on track in a supportive and friendly environment with like-minded people. Whatever your goals are, there will be a group class for you.
If you are the kind of person who likes smaller group classes, you have an existing injury, or you just prefer a more tailored work out – then a Physio-Guided-Exercise class may be suited to your needs. At Ferry Rd Physio we offer group exercise classes run by qualified physiotherapists with a pilates-based rehabilitation background. These classes have a maximum of 3 clients in each class and each class focuses on strength, stability, and balance.
Smaller class size means that you can be corrected and guided through the movements better meaning that you get the most out of your workout. The smaller class size means that the Physiotherapist can incorporate specific exercises for you into the group program so you can get the most out of it.

Need more specific training? Want to reach your goals faster? Training with Paulo, our experienced Exercise Physiologist at Ferry Rd, enables you to get that one on one attention. Our qualified Exercise Physiologist is experienced at creating customised exercise programs to help you with your individual goals. You will receive one on one motivation, coaching and training. Paulo works closely with our Physiotherapists so if you have an injury we can make sure your workout is optimal for you. We can help you achieve your wellness goals!
Whatever it is, whatever type of training or exercise you want – the first thing is to commit and get started (often the hardest part!)
Here are a few handy tips for those who have never tried group exercise before:
1. Arrive 10 mins early for your class
2. Bring a towel
3. Stay hydrated
4. Encourage a friend to tag along
5. Have fun!
