About Ashleigh Hamilton:
Ashleigh holds a Masters in Physiotherapy with Distinction from Griffith University. In addition, she has completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Psychological Science.
Ashleigh has worked extensively with local rugby and soccer teams handling immediate injury management and preparing players for return to sport. She is also extensively involved with the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA). She is a Queensland Branch Council member where she advocates for the new graduate physiotherapists.
Ashleigh combines both hands on treatment and exercise for injury prevention and rehabilitation. She holds particular interest in chronic pain, which she has assisted with research that has been published in the Musculoskeletal Science and Practice Journal. This gives Ashleigh a great handle on all injuries that present to our clinic on a daily basis.
Ashleigh is a home-grown Gold Coaster! Outside of work she enjoys travel, outdoor activities and involving herself with a local touch football team.
