Kate moved to the Gold Coast in 2015 to pursue her passion for movement based sciences. She completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage from the Australian College of Massage in Melbourne in 2011. In 2017, Kate then completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Myotherapy) with Distinction, from Endeavour College of Natural Health in Brisbane. In fact, Kate was actually the National Dux of her course!
Kate encourages optimal movement, focusing on pain-free function and increasing activity to enhance her patients’ quality of life. Kate takes a unique, holistic and evidence-based approach to physical therapy, which aims to find the root cause of pain and dysfunction through a comprehensive assessment, individualised treatment and ongoing self-care to get you moving well and often. She enjoys working with the athletic population as well as people suffering headaches and migraines, low back pain, neck pain, shoulder complaints, movement impairments and challenging chronic conditions. Whatever your personal aims, Katie is goal orientated and focussed on obtaining the best outcomes for each individual client. She has clinical experience with:
