Everyone wants to get more from their training, especially in our fast-paced world. What you and many others may not be aware of is “how” to get more from your training.

What are main systems and components of your training that need to be developed? Aerobic or anaerobic development, high intensity interval training (HIIT) or powerlifting, force or speed?

In reality, for most sports and training environments, all of these systems and training components are vital. The best way to develop all of these systems is to establish a schedule , determining the objectives, identifying the physical and physiological needs and capacities, and planning the season well in advance in order to achieve the best results at the desired moment.

This “schedule” is otherwise know as “Periodisation” . Periodisation is a perfectly calculated and structured training plan that is designed and carried out for physiological evolution and development in search for the desired results at the desired time.
