Coronavirus has forced many of us to reinvent the way we live and operate in our day to day existence. Physical exercise and training is one of the many aspects of our lives that has been impacted by the virus at hand. This, however, is no excuse to forget about your training and rehabilitation. If anything, this is even more paramount now to maintain your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Have flexibility in your thinking
Look around your home and use your imagination, keeping safe of course! If you don’t already have conventional gym equipment ready to go from your home, look at what alternatives you may have sitting around. Maybe a large bag of potatoes for example, or an old milk crate that you can fill with weight (or turn it upside down and use as a step if it safe to do so).
